Pentecost Picnic - May 10
Join us Saturday evening, May 10, at 6:00 PM to celebrate the birthday of the Christian Church. All attendees are asked to bring a side dish and tableware; we will supply the hotdogs, buns and drinks. The picnic will take place in the Geddes Family Memorial Pavilion located behind the church. |

Workday - May 17
Join your fellow members and friends of Central Church as we hold our annual workday on Saturday, May 17, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. There will be plenty of jobs, both big and small, and inside and outside, to do. The Parish Life Committee will be serving breakfast snacks. Look for a sign-up in Central Happenings or call the church office at 298-2864. |

Bible Study
| |
Join us Wednesdays at 10:30 AM and Thursdays at 6:00 PM for Weekly in the Word in the Lounge.
All church members and friends of Central Church are invited to attend. No prior knowledge of the Bible is necessary to participate in this study.

Central Lunch Bunch
|
| Our next gathering will be June 10 at 12:00 Noon. Long-time Central member Jack L. will present a "Road Trip Journey to the Gaudiest, Kitchiest Wonders Along America's Highways and Byways".
Look for a sign-up in Central Happenings beginning May 18. |

Christian Education
|
Our Christian Education program for all ages is on Sunday mornings at 10:45 AM, from September to May.
Adults meet in room 201 (back hallway).
Junior and Senior High meets in the room stage left in the Fellowship Hall.
Our Children's Sunday School is as follows:
Infant Nursery (0-2 1/2)
Preschool Nursery (2 1/2 - 5)
Workshop Rotation Model(WoRM) Lower Level
Kindergarten to 5th grade

Prayer Circle
|
| Central Church's Prayer Circle meets every Thursday evening at 5:30 PM, preceding our 6:00 PM Weekly in the Word Bible Study.
Partipants may either pray out loud or pray silently - it is up to each individual how they wish to participate.
If you cannot attend, prayer requests may be called into the church office and will be forwarded onto the Prayer Circle.
All members and friends of Central Church are welcome! |
